We had the great experience of trusting you with our car when we went to Alice Springs for six days. This was the first time in nearly fifty years of driving that we have needed to leave our car away from home. The prompt and friendly service was fantastic and we were made to feel like old friends. To be picked up at airport as well and to find that our car had been washed was very unexpected and much appreciated. doing an on-line booking via your web page, I actually went to pay a visit to assure myself no hoons were going to do donuts in my car. (as per rental car operators). I was impressed with the facilities, the mature caring staff and the price. From now on, I'll save the cab fare and use your valet and secure parking services.

You obviously looked up the airport web site to find out we were arriving 10 minutes early. We were impressed you were there early and the assistance you gave my wife with her jammed up mobile phone was just over the top. You have us for life - great job team. In October we used Cairns Airport Parking and were very impressed with the prompt and friendly service, especially at 5.30am.

The whole experience was easy and stress free. As soon as we arrived, we stepped from our car straight into a van and taken without delay to the airport. A quick phone call on our return ensured a prompt pick-up from out the front of the airport and returned without delay to our car.
Payment for the service was made at the time we picked up our car, so we did not have to worry about payments over the internet either. We will be using the service again soon

I used "Cairns Airport Parking" for the first time at the end of October and was extremelly happy with the service provided to me.

We had two children who needed the babyseats in the car and Chris and Chrissie went out of their way to ensure we were collected quickly and didn't have to make multiple trips. I was somewhat overwhelmed by the a) courtesy, b) friendliness and c) rapidity with which you valet service was provided, especially given the horrible mess with parking arrangements at the airport due to major airport expansion works.
Top marks to you both Chris and Chrissie.
MANY others in the Cairns hospitality industry could learn a lot from you, e.g., your courtesy was naturally warm, not trained and cold like that of a helluva lot of other places in town, where the mechanically trained responses are delivered with nonchalance and boredom.

I used your service when catching an early morning flight, heading out of town for two nights. I had first considered getting a taxi, then investigated the cost of leaving my car in the airport carpark and discovered it was actually cheaper to avail myself of your service. I was most impressed. Everything went smoothly on departure and arrival back in Cairns. We waited only a couple of minutes to be picked up on our return. It was good to know the car had been locked in a secure area while I was away instead of leaving it in the public car park. An added bonus - it had been washed! We were very pleased with the service and level of professionalism that you offered us. To be awake, on the ball and happy to chauffer us to the airport at 4am in the morning is nothing short of admirable!

The only feedback we could offer would be to possibly park the cars under some sort of shade for the duration, or at least for the day prior to a customers return, as on our return we had to get into a blistering hot car. We understand that Cairns in general lacks shaded car parking, however it could add value to your service if the entire experience of your service is pleasant and well received.
