We recently had the need to use your service, for the first time I might add, and were very pleased with the way that you conducted your service.
We needed to be at your yard before 4.00am to catch an early flight. We were taken to the airport on time and in a very friendly and courteous manner.

This service would have to be the most hassle free way to park and get to the airport. The staff were very welcoming and the time from drop off to getting to the airport was very fast and efficient. I cannot thank you enough. I was on the 6am flight to Sydney with Jetstar from the international airport. On check-in I was 3 kg over for my carry on luggage they wanted to charge me $80.00, I only paid 74.00 for my flight. I phoned Chris explained my situation, Chris drove back the the terminal to the collect some of my belongings to be placed in my car. I was to return on the Wednesday due to my 86y.o Dad going to hospital I changed my flight to return on the Saturday.....phoning Cairns Airport parking to advise them....no problems was their reply, see you Saturday, they were there and all my belongings and car was returned without any hassels.....Thank you Cairns Airport Parking...See you on my next flight....JH

I have used your company three times - twice for work and once for personal travel.
I have appreciated the service, hospitallity and professional manner your staff have undertaken in their work. I especially appreciated it when you have even informed me of flight changes when the airlined had failed to. My work vehicle has expensive equipment and tools within it and each time I have felt confident of its security. If had more time I could write more - but it wouldn't say any more than I have. The service is excellent whether its 4am in the morning or 8pm at night

I have a red 1997 Commodore sedan. It stands out in the weather every day while I am at work. I have always been very fastidious in keeping it washed and polished to withstand the harsh sun my car endures every day in Tropical North Queensland. Unfortunately, the last few months I have been unable to maintain the polishing of my car and the red paint started to look very delapidated. It really required a good buff and polish but I was unable to find anyone who was willing to do this for me. I overheard a work collegue talking about Cairns Airport Parking and the wonderful clean and polish they offered on her car. My ears pricked up and I went to the website and made some enquiries. Chris was willing to do my vehicel while I went to Brisbane to attend my Daughters engagement party over a long weekend. When I returned from Brisbane I was overjoyed to see a lovely sparkling red commodore waiting for me. I would like to thank you Chris for doing a marvelous job on my Commodore and I would recommend your wonderful service to anyone who asks me. Much appreciated and thankyou again.

The team at Cairns Airport Parking went beyond the stated cleaning when they detailed my 4WD recently. They made my paint work look like new again with the amount of polishing and cleaning they did. It looks fantastic. Also the acid bath they gave my bull bar brought it back to new as well. These guys and their staff were friendly, relaxed and flexible yet seemed to have their drop off and pick-up procedures well under control.
I ordered an interior detail and external clean with cut and polish for my baby while I was away. Coming back to a beautifully clean car was a real treat, and having not had time to get the badly-needed polishing done myself, it was certainly very nice to go on holidays knowing that I was simultaneously getting this big item off my to-do list.

the service was fantastic from drop off to pick up and the car was immaculate both inside and out - terrific job will definately recommend you to anyone who wants to leave their car in cairns

We left our car with Cairns Airport Parking for 18 days and had it cleaned at the same time. Excellent job. Will continue to park our car with them any time we are going away.
