As usual ****** fantastic service. On time, on target, no waiting - BRILLIANT, you dont pay a Kings ransom and the car is secure. You guys knock the socks off the parking arrangements at the Cairns airport. I note they are advertising the first 10 minutes free, BIG DEAL, you would need well oiled roller blades to do anything in 10 minutes !!! - Happy Camper.

This was our first time with the service that came highly recommended by a friend. We found the staff and service very professional and very pleasant. Time is of the essence when travelling and we found Cairns Airport parking were very prompt both with our drop-off and our pick-up. We will be using the service again, and will tell our family and friends about it too. Thanks for making our first booking a very easy experience, we will be back!

The first time I used Cairns Airport Parking, I was returning from Brisbane late at night (12:00am) and I was concerned about picking up my car so late. I had nothing to worry about. My keys were safely locked in the box for me to retrieve and my car was there waiting for me. The service provided to me has been exceptional, and I have the assurance of travelling wherever I need to go, knowing that my car is safely cared for.

If I am going away for more than 24 hours I always park with you. I would describe Cairns Airport Parking (in the nicest possible way) as cheap and easy! Keep up the great service!

We had an early flight and was text messaged for our convienience half and hour before we were to take our car to be parked and was able to park out car at 5am and be bussed with time to spare to the airport, We were very pleased with the servive and the little reminders. On our return we just phoned the number provided and on our two minute wait we managed to chat with airport security about Adelaide chocolate ( thats how fast they were ) I had mentioned to friends before we left about the quik and easy booking online and how cost effective the service was and all three coupleswho travelled withto adelaide with us used the service one couple with two kids and she was exceptionally happy, It's so hard to travel with an infant and 3 year old. We will definatly use this service again and have recomended you to all our travelling friends.

In this modern-day environment of anonymous big businesses and second or third rate customer service, it is indeed a pleasure to deal with a small family-run enterprise which puts you, the customer, above all other considerations - literally.
A useful comparison would be:
You know how you feel when you call a business and they put you on hold and play tinny music or commercials in your ear?
How do you feel when, instead of that, you get to talk to a real and empathetic human being who is friendly, smiling and genuinely considerate of your concerns and needs?
That is the kind of difference I am talking about.
This is truly a five-star service where the customer is not so much "king" as "valued friend."

The Cairns Airport Parking service is extremely convenient. You can go away without the worry of leaving your vehicle in a public car park. The service is run with experience and the transaction is smooth and trouble free. I would recommend this service to anyone having to catch a flight from the Cairns airport. You drive direct to their location drop off your vehicle just around the corner from the airport. The shuttle bus is ready to go and drops you off right at the front doors to the airport. Upon your return, a quick call and they are there to pick you up. You can't beat the price with the reassurance of knowing your vehicle is in safe hands.

I went on holidays for 8 days at the start of May, and found the pricing very reasonable, and the service was great. No waiting around.

It took a lot of the worries out of the holiday programme, and we felt good knowing that we were going to be taken to the airport and picked up on time and we had NO parking worries about the security of our car.

Found your business by doing a Google search, compared your pricing to a taxi service to and from and it was competitive. Liked the idea of being able to leave home at our time preference and not have to wait for a taxi. There were some little touches that gave me confidence in your service such as the text messages to remind me what time to be at Lake St, giving me a business card with the mobile contact number and the very short wait after getting in to Cairns on our delayed flight. Will definitely recommend Cairns Airport Parking to my family and friends as well as use the service again. David of Mooroobool

Your service is great. i have left my car under you care 3 times in the past 10 months, and you have gotten big and better each time. Special thanks goes to you on 'jump starting' our vehicle late one day, after arriving back from a Brisbane flight. 5 girls stranded at the Airport with no Jumper Leaders would not have gone down well.
