- What is the rate per day to park my car ?
- $7 for each calendar day. There is a minimum fee of $35, which includes 5 calendar days car parking.
- Can I book over the phone ?
- Only if you do not have access to book on-line which is preferable.
- My flight is leaving very early in the morning. Can I use your service ?
- We drop off 24/7 by appointment
- How many people can you drop to and from the airport with the free valet service ?
- We have 3 vans which gives us a total capacity of 25 people that can be carried at any one time.
- I have infant(s) traveling who will require a baby capsule or children who require a child restraint - is that a problem ?
- Cairns Airport Parking provides all infant and child restraints as required by law, however it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian of the children and/or infants travelling to secure the children and/or infants in to the restraint provided by Cairns Airport Parking.
- What are the operating hours for the free Valet Drop-off to the airport ?
- We drop off 24/7 by appointment
- What time do you run the free Valet Pick-ups from the airport ?
- From 4am in the morning to 10pm at night only, by appointment. Outside those times you are requested to catch a taxi back to collect your waiting vehicle.
- Are there any cancellation fees ?
- No
- If I pay by credit card, when do you take payment off my card ?
- We take the payment on the day you are scheduled to return.
- How long will I be waiting around on my arrival before I am dropped off ?
- As long as the booking has been done online, we load & leave to take you straight away to the airport which takes approximately 5 minutes or 7 minutes in traffic.
- Will I be waiting long at the Airport on my return ?
- No, once you have your luggage and are at the public pick up area and have called for collection, we will be there to collect you in approximately 1 to 5 minutes.
